Services:
Acupressure
Based on one of the most ancient healing principles, acupressure uses firm touch on specific points of the body to release stress, ease muscle tension, and improve circulation. It is especially effective for headaches, back pain, and insomnia.
Acupuncture
Originating in China more than 5,000 years ago, acupuncture is one of the most widely practiced and respected forms of complementary medicine in the world. By placing thin, sterile needles into specific points, acupuncture restores the healthy flow of Qi (energy) throughout the body. Benefits include pain relief, stress reduction, improved digestion, increased energy, help with addictions, and a greater sense of overall well-being.
Cupping
Used for over 2,500 years, cupping helps relieve aches, pains, and muscle tension while improving circulation, digestion, and respiratory health. Specialized cups create gentle suction that draws fresh blood flow to targeted areas, supporting the body’s natural healing process.
Electroacupuncture
This modern adaptation of traditional acupuncture uses gentle electrical stimulation applied through the needles to increase effectiveness. Electroacupuncture is especially useful for pain relief, nausea, and chronic conditions, helping to clear energy blockages and restore vitality.
Gua Sha
An ancient technique still widely practiced across Asia, Gua Sha involves applying smooth strokes to the skin using a round-edged tool. Though it may cause temporary redness, this detoxifying therapy helps relieve chronic pain, stress, fatigue, and many other conditions.
Moxibustion
This Traditional Chinese Medicine technique involves burning the herb mugwort over specific acupuncture points to warm and invigorate the flow of energy. Moxibustion has been shown to strengthen blood, boost immunity, and improve vitality. A landmark study even found it highly effective in turning breech babies before childbirth.
Pulse Diagnosis
Pulse diagnosis is one of the most sophisticated diagnostic tools in Traditional Chinese Medicine. By evaluating the pulse, Craig gains insight into organ health, energy flow, and overall constitution—information that guides the creation of a tailored treatment plan for each patient.
